In my current role I focus on supporting projects involving Alteryx to KNIME migrations and KNIME enablement.

I was the primary point of contact and manager of all data associated with Data Coach, phData’s analytics training and enablement offering. This has included being responsible for managing the data pipeline and data accuracy from six third-party systems. I created the entity relationship diagram and data documentation for 10 tables and over 100 fields, created 50+ assessments to track training effectiveness and prepared and conducted data analysis on 250+ assessment questions, and ultimately developed four dashboards to monitor operations, user performance, ROI, and user feedback.

Tessellation was acquired by phData in October 2021.Program management lead for a multi-year analytics training professional development program at a global Fortune 500 medical products and equipment company. Developed and enhanced reporting on trainee metrics including 11 Tableau Desktop dashboards to track KPIs (impact, satisfaction, and feedback) from 2,300+ trainees. Provided customer support to trainees and responded to 1,200+ emails over 2+ years.Personally authored five online analytics courses covering the following topics: best practices for dashboard design, data literacy, data storytelling, data governance, and data preparation. Recorded and edited 50+ training videos.Managed the course development and authors for 25+ other online analytics courses.

Served as Tableau Desktop trainer for 50+ trainees and as a training program director for 12+ program cohorts (over 400+ trainees). Tested and developed new processes for administering training in a new learning management system. Migrated user data from 500+ accounts to a new learning management system.
