As a sales associate, you are the frontline. The face of Dillard's/customer service. You have the opportunity to learn about people. What their profession is, what interests and inspires them, their goals/ambitions, what they are doing to achieve them, where they come from/what their story is. In this position, I had the opportunity to listen to client's stories and then translate that into what will help them look and feel their best so they can then go and knock out that job interview for their dream job, that meeting with the CEO at a hospital or maybe they just needed a boost in confidence and not have to worry about what they look like on the outside so the inside can shine through.
