Synchrony Labs is a contract research organization (CRO) that specializes in preclinical services for R&D, safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetic (PK) studies for biotechnology and medical device companies. Synchrony Labs was formed as an independent contract research facility in 2001 and is located in Research Triangle Park, NC.

Synecor, LLC operates as a business generator of new medical device companies. Synecor, LLC was founded in 2000 and is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

SAFEchild works with parents, families and caregivers to create nurturing environments for children, free from abuse and neglect. With the ultimate vision of eliminating child abuse in Wake County, SAFEchild delivers support and education to families by helping them break negative parenting patterns, improve communication and relationship skills, and take advantage of community resources.

Worked on critical business-to-business outplacement projects, on boarding and other freelance work. In my time there, I handled administrative duties, partnered to coach clients on their searches, and collaborated on multiple writing projects. Additionally, I have written job descriptions, helped clients negotiate executive compensation packages and helped build a major conference presentation. I was also fortunate to speak on a panel about networking during a conference to help veterans who are transitioning from the military – Veteran’s Edge – a c-level conference with companies like VACO, Red Hat, Cisco, IBM and many other business leaders in attendance.

• Area leader and operations specialist responsible for comprehensive oversight of two Area Operations Managers in 32-branch locations-program design, leadership, and operations management is focused on minimizing overall risk to the bank.• Provided critical branch operations support: first point of contact with branch associates regarding operational compliance, protocols, procedures, and guidelines. Served as key point of contact for escalation of customer complaints and problems. Collected, controlled, controlled and maintained Night Depository Agreements for large commercial customers.• Collaborated with the Investigations Department to identify accounts that pose unmitigated or high risk to the bank and design appropriate solutions.
