• Develop and execute Merchandising strategy for the Athleisure Division, utilizing overall company direction, market trends, and key metrics to offer customers best in class assortment • Lead team to create a balanced assortment in terms of brand mix, inventory fulfillment, quality, price point, and key item depth• Manage division to achieve top line sales goals while maintaining profitability, making up 35% of total company sales to date and 48% of total contribution margin• Manage and maintain multiple brand relationships and communicating overall company initiatives through acquisition and strategy shifts• Develop and maintain multiple individual brand plans that are used to develop financial plan for the category• Manage division’s marketplace business on Amazon and Walmart.com which includes executing bi-weekly price comps and competitive repricing, onboarding new brands and unlocking assortment, and collaborating with marketplace counterparts to push key styles and inventory• Work closely with Operations, Analytics, Planning, and Technology teams to create and enhance tools and reporting that could be leveraged for the Merchandising team following the integration into our new ERP system, including Pricing and Markdowns, Inventory review and composition, Sales and Buy Templates• Maintain existing responsibilities of Category Specialist Lead for Shoes.com
