I am a Business Management graduate who also holds a degree in Education, a master's degree in Educational Management, and a Diploma course in Teaching Spanish to speakers of other languages, but above all, I'm a passionate edupreneur and a lifelong-learner who has been in this fascinating field for the past 26 years. I am a Cambridge certified trainer with different international certifications on language level as well as methodology. I had the pleasure of working as a teacher for the most important language centers in Peru, IB/PYP bilingual schools, and well-known universities.Former pioneer board member of IATEFL- Peru (an international association based in England); I have been consultant of the English department at prestigious private schools and language training institutions, apart from internationally popular publishers.Currently, I am the General Director of BASES - Languages & Training, a company that is committed to Education, innovation, ELT and its continuous improvement.My principal area of interest is increasing student motivation in the classroom and outside it, and I strongly believe in using local culture and the students themselves as the means of achieving this.
