As founder, I lead the development of the organisation, including: mission, vision, strategy, planning, ideation, programs, projects and tasks and activities. I also have been building a team of other volunteers who co-lead on various tasks and activities. We educate how sports empower women and girls with the social, emotional, mental, physical and life and leadership skills that help them advance their impact on their community, we advocate for women and girls to participate in sports, and we provide opportunities for women and girls to be empowered through their sports participation. We also use sports to build a community of women and girls to cross culture, ethnicity, socio-economic status, age, religion and even workplaces. We are passionate about causes and movements such as: breaking the lack of women and girls in positions of sports leadership, the gender pay gap across sports, lack of women's representation in sports media and think about how to involve women and girls in all aspects of sports-related careers. In May 2019 I started developing and writing a children's book, Sporty Girl Journals. The project team includes Christie Ma, Claire Severn and Tanya Bennett.
