I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). I obtained my MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Hunter College in May 2017 and completed my dietetic internship there as well. My internship gave me the unique opportunity to work with children on the spectrum, bariatric patients, acute care patients, underprivileged populations, and the elderly. I currently work as a RDN and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) in my own business and full-time as a RDN at Chartwells K12. I have experience providing nutrition counseling and creating/giving presentations/cooking demos to patients with a variety of medical conditions, cultural backgrounds, ages, income levels, and health goals. In my business, I specialize in designing/teaching cooking classes using recipes that I have developed along with creating meal plans workout plans for clients based on food preferences, lifestyle, medical conditions, and personal objectives.
