Collaborated with an external agency to consolidate 3 websites after 2 acquisitions. Conducted stakeholder interviews, UX research, and a site audit. Created the site map, user flows and component maps, as well as illustrations, icons and videos. The new site resulted in a 14x increase in page views. Created and implemented a training program for incoming designers. Training included marketing campaign creation, interaction with clients and internal sales-staff, and design and campaign software usage. Trained and mentored 2 incoming designers. Designed and programmed high-performing, interactive mobile ad experiences while collaborating directly with clients and multiple internal departments. Established a "creative-services handbook" for all relevant departments outlining our creative capabilities, creative solutions by KPI or vertical and a directory of helpful resources
