Prepare business reviews analsying multiple aspects of a customers' business (running delivery performance, analyzing customer complaints, sales comparisons, etc.). Drive annual pricing project, requiring analysis of over 6,000 lines of customer/material combinations to ensure alignment with market conditions. Maintain price conditions in SAP for over 175 GINs. Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

Support animal health sales and marketing in a laboratory setting. Coordinate and support scientific and marketing trials of Direct Fed Microbials and Silage Inoculants. Prepare technical reports from laboratory research.

Served as Research Assistant for University of Wisconsin-Madison Food Science Center for Dairy Research. Determined the cause of a black spot defect in aged cheddar cheese using ICP-MS, transmission electron microscopy, and qualitative testing.Identified alternative compounds for use in the at-fault teat sealant to prevent black spot defect.Publication in the Journal of Dairy Science: Lay, et. al. Hot Topic: Black Spot Defect in Cheddar Cheese Linked to Intramammary Teat Sealant

Worked with Professor Hanna Fares designing and running experiments using the model organism C. eleganis. Created plasmids for a yeast-II hybrid.
