• Administration of over 120 Leases and Licenses for the PIER 39, Pier 41, PIER 39 Garage, and PIER 39 Marina (commercial Tenant's) properties - approximately 250,000 square feet. Process new Leases, Lease Amendments, Renewals, Options, and Terminations.• Work with C-Level Executives, Senior Management, and Tenant Owners to generate financial analysis of deals, as well as prepare LOIs, Lease Requests, and Lease Abstracts. • First line of communication for PIER 39 Tenants to facilitate renewals, construction projects, and various day-to-day activities.• Implement systematic processes to streamline the tracking of new deals and more effectively transition deals between various PIER 39 departments (Operations/Construction, Marketing, and/or Business Development).

• Responsible for diverse sponsorship management activities at PIER 39. Manage all corporate and media sponsor relationships and the day to day implementation of their programs, promotions, and initiatives. • Manage the on-site advertising programs and all creative services and design elements pertaining to Tandem. • Coordinate all on-site promotions and activations on the PIER 39 property.• Assist with the development and maintenance of the annual budget.• Manage and produce two (2) annual events: Tandem's Partner Summit and Tandem's Fleet Week Rooftop Viewing Party .

• Co-manage and act as the face of PIER 39 while building and maintaining key relationships with all PIER 39 corporate partners• Collaborate with the (remote) Manager of Sponsor and Partner Development to go above and beyond in the servicing of PIER 39 corporate partners• Plan and execute two major annual events at PIER 39 (Sponsor Summit and the Fleet Week VIP Viewing Party) as well as other ancillary Business Development related hospitality events. Including, but not limited to: managing vendors, logistical planning, budget tracking and management, securing permits• Manage and act as main point of contact for all Platinum Partners at the OC Fair in Costa Mesa, CA and all vendors at PIER 39’s annual Fleet Week VIP Viewing Party (45 each)• Work with Marketing Managers to secure experiential marketing tours throughout the US, including: site assessment, permitting, executive approvals, budget discussions, on-site assistance, and post-event followup• Track and complete monthly reconciliation of the department budget• Streamlined administrative processes and provided insight and new ideas related to Business Development and Marketing/Advertising (utilized available assets to research industry trends and strategies)• Recruit, schedule, train, and manage interns in the Business Development department at PIER 39

• Administrative support for Foundation Directors and Assistants.• Act as an ambassador for Winona State University and its Annual Giving programs.• Collaborate with the Foundation Assistant to coordinate and plan major donor events.• Record actions, media, notes, and gifts from donors and prospects into Raiser’s Edge.• Create and maintain the Foundation’s web pages .• Design and layout work for donor forms and promotional material.
