I am responsible for receiving and processing biological specimens according to their testing requirements, and sending them out to the appropriate sites for testing. I perform clinical testing associated with patient care. My role involves clinical testing for patient biological samples such as blood, urine, and body fluids. I run instrumentation associated with urinalysis, osmolality, and other chemical tests. I perform manual microscopic examinations of urine to identify cells, organisms, crystals, and other artifacts commonly found in urine sediment.Additionally, I have worked with a team for Quality Monitoring to capture meaningful data that is used for department-wide process improvement. Under the direction of the Specimen Processing Manager, I also worked on writing, revising, and maintaining up to date laboratory Standard Operating Procedures to reflect the most current processing requirements and workflows.

Experience in curriculum development, lesson writing & execution, standardized test prep, assessment data analysis, differentiated instruction for english language learners and special education, project-based learning, universal design for learning, social emotional learning supports, and mentorship for student-teachers.

General office duties included answering phones, responding to emails, organizing and processing housing contracts, handling deposits and other payments, and attending to other student housing concerns.

I managed and supervise a staff of thirteen upperclassmen resident advisors as well as oversee six office assistants.
