After proving myself through long hours and dedication to my customers, I was promoted to my current position and grew API into a much larger firm. I now handle the entire book of business, am responsible for managing sales to top clients, leading and guiding our team and making personnel decisions, as well as executive decisions like setting goals and policies and creating a positive company culture. It gives me great satisfaction to run this business and support the amazing team I helped put together.
