Between the two boardroom experiences, she has extensive knowledge of government regulation, compliance, and risk management. Through selling her own PR firm to Ogilvy Public Relations, and via the bank board acquisition, she has first-hand public company M&A experience and corporate culture integration know-how. She has spent more than thirty years in the public relations industry as an agency owner and consultant to C-suite executives. She has been recognized nationally for her work in the design and implementation of culturally appropriate public education campaigns representing diverse and marginalized communities. She is a strong believer of boardroom excellence as demonstrated by her founding of the National Association of Corporate Director’s (NACD) presence in Idaho, and earning her NACD Governance Fellowship.
