I am proud to be the Chief Marketing Officer for the East West Group, based in Brisbane, Queensland. As part of this role I am responsible for creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining a company's strategic initiatives, as well as managing the Marketing Team in promoting the Groups' five brands - East West Insurance Brokers (who provide general insurance service); Ryno Insurance (a specialised insurance service who tailor insurance for enthusiast owners of cars & bikes); ShieldCover (who provide flexible, innovative cover for general liability and accident & sickness to insurance brokers); and FlexiFund It (a software which allows insurance brokers, accountants, legal professionals, and others to provide financial loans in house).This role requires me to work closely with the CEO in aligning his vision with the company and working with the COO and Team Leaders in implementation. As well, I continue to manage the Marketing Team, which requires me come up with effective marketing strategies and translate these into an actionable marketing plan so the four team members of the Marketing team can implement under guidance; liaise with the Sales team; manage all company assets (including but not limited to brand style guides, websites and collateral); as well as continually assess market opportunity for growth. I love coming up with new innovative ideas to market what is essentially a very traditional business.I graduated from Griffith University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing & International Management. In 2017, I completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Australian Institute of Marketing.
