- Preparing and conducting internal and external end to end recruitment processes- Coordination of the onboarding processes- Promotion of the employer’s brand by organizing internal company events, ensuring correct feedback in the recruitment processes- Submitting salary offers to the candidates.- Monitoring of salary reports- Cooperation with Hiring Managers within the hire processes- Active participation in job fairs- Conducting meetings summarizing the probationary period- Cooperation with recruitment agencies (if necessary)

Responsible for the operational work during the recruitment process, including:- preparation of materials concerning the job offer for the candidates- target list formation under the guidance of leading consultant- efficient and comprehensive identification of candidates- contact with candidates and presentation of job offers- basic competence verification and further recommendation- gathering the candidate's feedback through the recruitment process- providing proper notes to the company’s database- meetings with consultants and clients arrangement- preparation weekly reports for the clients.
