With 25 year’s experience in the oil and gas industry, I am an experienced Executive Leader with a demonstrated track record of operating in high profile, high impact global roles across two continents. With nearly 20 consecutive years in WOOD companies, I have been trusted with 10 different roles in that time from Engineer to Vice President of Operations before being tasked with taking my leadership abilities to a challenging Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Assurance (HSSEA) role in the Americas.Recent assignments have shown my versatility and ability to take on any challenge from re-locating globally, to building a new service line in the middle of a $2.8bn takeover, to stepping from operations to HSSEA to address a critical need in the business. My earlier roles as General Manager and Operations Director highlight growth, team building and full P&L responsibility with 2016 revenues of $230m. From 2008, my business started from the award of a single project and grew year after year. A key element of my success has been talent development with a passion for spotting high performers, mentoring professionals to successful top-level management careers. In driving new ways of working, and cost efficiencies as a digital champion, new applications were pioneered while an industry award winning project delivery technology was sponsored from concept to deployment. This led to a successful commercial model delivering a 99.9% materials tracking metric on the BP Clair Ridge and Talisman MAR projects.A respected professional, Chartered Engineer, and a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
