My role at Mediu varied over my nearly 9 year tenure, but all of that experience prepared me to eventually take on the client-centric role of Account Executive. I managed our key accounts and acted as a central and consistent point of contact for clients. I focused on ensuring our clients received value and solutions for their complex needs, as they relate to the customer experience. Relationships are extremely important and I believe that establishing those lasting relationships is key.

My role as Director of Workforce Management allowed me to work directly with clients and consultants to coordinate project requirements and proper resources. Skill sets and availability needed to be matched up to properly align with project timelines. I was able to work closely with Sales and the rest of the Services team to make sure that projects were delivered on time and on budget. Collaborating and coordinating with people across the organization and with customers was key to this position.

I handle all billing and accounting needs at Mediu, but I also get to be involved in many other aspects of the business as well, including sales activities, HR, and management of our Professional Services operations. I have also taken over Marketing responsibilities and social and web presence for Mediu. I am constantly expanding my role here at Mediu!
