- Support and analyze applications: IBM DataStage, SAP Business Objects and SAS AML (24/7 by being on call after office hours)- Proactively detect problems related to supported applications, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure the best resolution- Applications upgrade, data migration and testing to meet users and compliance department requirements- Check Oracle database data and coordinate with source systems owner if any missing or corrupt data- Generate reports by querying Oracle Database based on users and management needs- Configure applications users' roles and privileges to be aligned with business and security requirements- Configure applications security assurance parameters to follow Information Security policies- Coordinate with network team to open the required ports for both client PC and application server- Conduct the user acceptance testing and documenting the entire process- Manage and test switching primary systems to recovery systems following DRP
