I am an experienced Project Manager in HV Substations associated with GE Renewable Energy - Grid Solutions. With over 10 years of experience in the power industry, I have developed expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery, and reducing project costs and risks.In my current role, I have achieved regional KPIs, developed and led project execution and monitoring strategies, and ensured that project management plans and best practices are followed throughout the project's life cycle. Previously, as a Contract Execution Manager at Gul Ahmed Electric Limited, I critically evaluated contracts and reviewed contractor performance, design, and data for HV equipment, promptly raising notifications and flags for any issues or noncompliance with contractual agreements. I also reviewed claims and variation orders made by contractors and produced answers in cooperation with the legal team.Before that, as a Lead Project Management Specialist/Project Engineer at GE Renewable Energy - Grid Solutions, Pakistan, I developed detailed designs, prepared BOM/BOQ for procurement, and led technical discussions for design approvals with support from product units.
