o Developed a knowledge graph-based framework to extract and integrate semantic-based knowledge from biomedical literature and knowledge bases, generating a large-scale graph consisting of ~50K nodes and ~2 Mil edges extracted from millions of biomedical articles and supplemented with curated knowledge from UMLS, CTD, GO, and Protein Ontology. o Implemented a harmonization pipeline to align and integrate standardized biomedical concepts from various controlled terminologies (MeSH, UMLS, and GO).o Developed novel knowledge graph completion methods to automate the augmentation of incomplete biomedical knowledge graphs with plausible semantic-based knowledge using relation prediction.o Investigated literature-based knowledge discovery for drug repurposing and to replicate real-world biomedical discoveries published in peer-reviewed molecular oncology journals.
