I have been in this role for over two and a half years, and I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for our team and our portfolio companies.I have a non-traditional background, having graduated with a BA in Sociology, Criminology, and Psychology from Colorado State University in 2020, after running my own business for 12 years. I have developed strong skills in attention to detail, social networking, and communication, which I leverage to manage the office, coordinate events, handle payroll and benefits, and support the hiring and onboarding processes.
