• Dealing with the day to day running of the Business Centre - including all associated correspondence, operating hiring arrangements for the Centre and invoicing.

• Liaising with other council services and contractors/ suppliers, raising POs, monitoring contractor costs and performance at the Centre to maximise value.
• Administrative, co-ordination and general support to the Regeneration & Economic Development teams, including desktop research, enquiry tracking and promoting systems thinking improvements.

This was a temporary role covering maternity leave for the Office Manager/ PA to the MD. Responsible for Front of House and general office operations including, but not limited to, administrative and clerical support, dealing with customer calls and logs, supporting the Managing Director, Sales Team and Support Team.

My most recent role at LUK as Senior PMO Analyst was focussed on the financial health and profitability of all Professional Services project work, liaising with Operations & Finance, maximising billing and revenue opportunities, tracking open and completed orders, managing project cash flow and preparing reports for budget forecast.

This was a temporary part-time role at Bracknell Forest Council. I joined Spatial Policy as Team Administrator covering maternity leave and was offered a permanent role, but chose to pursue my career in project management.

My latest role at 3M was focused on specific process improvement projects within credit and receivables- This included handling major customer accounts on a project basis; clearing issues, negotiating with customers and senior personnel, identifying and implementing improved methods of handling for the future to improve customer relations and debt.
