• Scaled Gojek's Consumer Platform Engineering team from approximately 30 to 150 engineers across Indonesia, India, and Singapore. The Consumer Platform team serves 30m monthly transacting users, focusing on foundational experiences across all Gojek services, including New User Activation, Home Page, Promotions, Loyalty, Identity, Communications, and Customer Care.• Optimized the platform’s $25m annual budget, saving $8m.• Led vital initiatives supporting the overall GoTo Engineering organization (1000+ engineers), including Defining Engineering Career Ladders, Incident Management, and Fast-Track recruitment.• Drove vital product initiatives, including redesigning Gojek's Consumer App, unifying infrastructure across countries to support rapid international expansion, and launching a new Loyalty Program to improve customer retention.• Promoted the adoption of new technologies to the engineering tech stack, such as Aerospike Database, for use cases requiring ultra-low latency with horizontal scalability.

• Set up the engineering team in the Singapore office and grew it to 4 strong teams.• Redesigned the hotels' supply (availability & pricing) platform that integrates Agoda with 3rd party hotel suppliers, growing daily revenue tenfold in less than 2 years.• Supported Agoda’s expansion into China by creating a manual booking approval platform.
