Responsibilities:- Leading and managing engineer team.- Perform POC on customer's environment.- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and the overall success.- Leading internal escalations and communicating with the Sales, Pre-sales, and TAC teams- Create technical documentation to improve internal and external technical knowledge.- Develop Scope of Work, Service Flow for technical teams.

Responsibilities:- Provide level 1 technical support for Sangfor products to Indonesian customers.- Respond, follow up, and resolve customer issues promptly (within documented SLA).- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and the overall success.

Responsibilities:- Onsite and remote technical support for customers to resolve issue in POC or after sales inquiries- Track, mantain and resolve incident as well as provide the report to the customer- Perform device installation and integration into customer environment- Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers- Escalation to RND to resolve product issue- Create technical documentation for project and/or internal knowledge base
