As an executive at Vant4ge, I am driving a technology vision to advance case management solutions into human service organizations. I work on directing the development of our software offerings by leading product development and marketing, technical operations, software delivery, and quality assurance.We have developed one of the most flexible and scalable cloud architected solution used by correctional agencies across the US. Built entirely in Azure Government using Microsofts PaaS offerings gives end users a software work environment that can scale up or down to meet differing loads throughout the day.

I started Trinity Design in 1997 as a company to consult and contract through. I have successfully managed numerous relationships over the years through Trinity focusing efforts primarily in Data Architecture / Data Science and Software Development around managing and manipulating large amounts of data. Notable Projects:Building software that consumed traffic accident data on state roadways to determine if their was a correlation of sever accidents by certain stretches of roadways. This data was then used by state authorities to survey those sections of road to determine if the there were physical characteristics of the roadway to blame and if so, be corrected - Idaho Transportation DepartmentWorked with a multi-million dollar software implementation which utilized Unix based systems running Sybase to power its claims management system. I was one of two that worked on building necessary ETL process software in PERL, KSH, SQL, and job schedulers to manage nightly batches which powered claims adjudication, payouts, and other critical analysis tasks. We also worked building many new stored procedures, triggers, views, and external procedure calls to implement many of the needed transitional data handling processes to slowly cut the agency off of its legacy mainframe application to the client server application we were on-boarding - (Agency name on request)

At Assessments.com, I was hired to lead the development of their software as it was customized for each agency they sold into. During my tenure there I established a product strategy to standardize their software into a configurable system that would end the custom software development previously performed. The new system could then be configured for all future sales. I actively took part in the development of the platform, hiring and mentoring of engineers, documentation and product marketing, and sales strategies in selling the software. I introduced the build out of a data center to support a new sales strategy of hosted instances of the software for agencies.
