• Prepared Request for Quotation (RFQ), Employee Requirements (ER) and Bill of Quantities (BQ) for projects, while also evaluating tender submissions from external vendors to ensure compliance with mandatory and technical requirements.• Responsible for submitting Service Request and creating Work Order through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).• Familiarity with Power System equipment involving train and stations operation such as HSCB, UPS, Rectifiers, and Inverters.• Extracting ICSS Log and PSCADA Log to analyze the chronology of recent incident or issues with power system equipment.• Utilized Excel and Spreadsheet to create an equipment tracker to monitor and predict potential faults in electrical equipment, raising awareness, ensuring optimal train headway and minimizing downtime.• Compiled and authored comprehensive monthly reports for Power System Department highlighting system availability and downtime, major issues, root cause analysis, and asset loss.• Regularly create presentations outlining recent issues, root cause analysis, and preventive strategies to senior management.• Revised preventive maintenance checklist for equipment based on the O&M to ensure healthy equipment and smooth operation.• Analyzed the rate of energy recuperated by TERS Inverter to calculate the reduced energy consumption.

Responsibilities: Assisting the maintenance and engineering personnel to perform troubleshooting on a wide range of Power System subsystem equipment's installed at Substations and Utilities Building. Subsequently, performed periodical maintenance regime such as daily routine inspection works, preventive & corrective maintenance works.
