• Managing Payroll of the Company & Ensuring Compliance & Accuracy in Monthly Payroll.• Maintain and Update Employee Information in Master Sheet and SAP.• Issuing Employee Portal and Mobile App Access as Required to Employees.• Verify Attendance, Hours Worked, Pay Adjustments and Post Information onto Designated Records.• Update Employee Confirmations, Increments and Promotions in SAP.• Managing Leave Balances / Out Door Duties of Employees.• Maintain and Update Employees EOBI Deduction, Provident Fund.• Deduction, Vehicle Allowance and Lunch Deduction of Employees.• Prepare and Update Organograms.• Processing Final Settlements of Employees.• Address and Resolve Employees Queries relating to SAP.• Assist in Recruitment Process.• Perform Other Duties as Assigned.

• Review, Verify and Enter Invoices into SAP B1, Ensuring Timely Payment and Advance Request Processing.• Prepare Vendor Aging Reports, Payment Plans and Monitor Accounts to Ensure Payments are Current.• Issue Debit Notes, Dispatch Cheques and Reconcile Vendor Ledgers.• Attach Landed Costs and Provide Supporting Documentation for Audits.• Conduct Monthly Stock Takes and Ensure Accurate Reporting for Audits.
