Knowledge in disciplinary policy and procedure - minor and major misconduct, receiving disciplinary report, issuing and response to show cause letter, charge sheet and domestic enquiry.• Design infographic notice and sign.• Covid-19 Task force - answering for Covid-19 inquiry, contact tracing, supplying face mask, hand sanitizer, infrared temperature scanner to all Bank Rakyat branch.

• Welcome and greet guests, register and check guests in, inform guests of hotel rates and services, ensure proper room allocation, confirm relevant guest information, verify guest's payment method and verify & imprint credit cards for authorization.• Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms, maintain clear & accurate records of guest room bookings, compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.

• Ensure that a professional standard of Customer Care, Merchandising & Display, Stock Control & Administration is developed and maintained so that Sales Targets are achieved (reported daily)• Ensure that subordinates are effectively supervised and well-trained to carry out their responsibilities and task.

• Handling office tasks, e.g.: filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies.• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate person.• Write and distribute email, memos, letters, and forms• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
