Responsible for receiving merchandise, unloading or unpacking it, marking it with codes to be identified, stocking shelves, and helping customers place orders. Works in stores, warehouses, stockrooms, and other storage facilities. May involve heavy lifting.

To make sure all of the staff assist the customer in the store and not leave any customer unassisted. To ensure all the staff in the store is aware of the stores current product and attend to the customers in the premises. Check all of the product price and make sure it synchronizes with the company standard operation procedure. Help cater to the customers need and make sure they have a pleasant shopping experience

To make and create a tour package for the company to promote. Making reservations for the clients. Making calculations and all the budget for the customer for a specific tour. Built personal relationships with guests to promote positive experiences.
