In parallel with my master's research, I spearheaded the development of a sophisticated data collection system aimed at procuring valuable insights from actuators for the purpose of training my machine learning models. This system was meticulously crafted using National Instruments DAQ hardware controlled by LabVIEW software. My machine learning endeavors primarily relied on Python, leveraging popular libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Keras, and TensorFlow.Furthermore, I actively contributed to the advancement of a cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) testing system. My responsibilities included designing the PLC wiring diagram and strategically arranging its components under the expert guidance of my supervisor. The PLC system featured Beckhoff I/O and IPC, intricately connected to a remote PC, kill switch, and cooling fans. I also took charge of developing the system's software, harnessing the power of LabVIEW 2018. The software seamlessly interfaced with TwinCAT and MySQL using the C API, and I was instrumental in crafting intuitive user interfaces and experiences within the LabVIEW environment.My role extended beyond software and hardware development, as I engaged in communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure the exacting specifications of the test cabinet and the sensors integrated into the systems were met. This collaborative approach facilitated the collection of sensor data in LabVIEW, subsequently transmitted to the server for web-based analysis.

My role involved the responsibility of interpreting technical drawings to meticulously assemble a complex transfer mold machine for TOWAM Sdn. Bhd. while working with the third-party company, TSG Automation Sdn. Bhd. Throughout this experience, I honed my ability to skillfully piece together components, ensuring their integrity was preserved and identifying the essential parts specified in the machinery design.Furthermore, I acquired the expertise to methodically label wires and components, a crucial step in streamlining the machine's installation process for optimal efficiency.
