BASIL PROJECT - REJUVENATION(PROVISION OF PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION FOR THE REJUVENATION OF EXISTING CRUDE MALEIC ANHYDRIDE (MAn) PLANT FOR PETRONAS CHEMICALS MTBE)

Project: Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) of Laboratory & Control Building for Flexsys Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Project: Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning (EPCIC) of Pull-Thru Test (PTT) Equipment for Petronas Test Loop Enhancement Project at INSTEP under Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd. Overall scope of work including:i. Responsible for the overall project execution involving civil, structure, mechanical and electrical scope of works.ii. Responsible on material sourcing, negotiation with vendor, finalizing final price, procurement & logistic activities related to material required for the projects.iii. Responsible on the documents preparation and submission for approval such as workpack, job procedure, Risk Assessment, & etc.iv. Liaise with consultants and responsible for the compliance in design, submission and approval of the drawings.v. Managing project schedule & planning by providing project CPM & S-Curve.vi. Involved in site work safety and quality compliance by following project ITP and HSE campaigns and awareness.vii. Monitoring manufacturing progress of fabricators to ensure schedule timeline and also quality requirement as per agreement.

Managing all project related works starting from receiving order, project execution, testing and commissioning until handing over whereas shall include:a) Order's technical/commercial confirmation.b) Design amendment and improvement.c) Drawing and technical details preparation for submission. d) Project management – Monitoring production works with manufacturer.e) Purchasing and cost management.f) Site supervision, advisor and monitoring.g) Involve with delivery and installation works.h) Involve with plant/equipment start-up.i) T&C and training- ensuring the process or equipment well operated and support operator or end user with correct operation procedure.

Project: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning (EPCIC) of HA-MBD PHASE II (Mechanical, Piping, Painting & Insulation Package) for SAFRAN MESSIER BUGATTI DOWTY under client’s supervision, Technip Geoproduction (M) Sdn Bhd. Overall scope of works shall include:a. Assist Construction Manager in planning, execution and monitoring the progress of the mechanical installation work.b. Preparing Technical Card for material approval.c. Handle mechanical equipment inspection and prepare MaterialReceiving Inspection Report.d. Responsible in preparation of JMS & JHA for mechanical equipment installation.e. Involved in mechanical equipment installation work (Vacuum Pump,Furnace & Heat Exchanger).f. Supervised the installation process for all the mechanical equipment.g. Prepare final report for installation of the mechanical equipment for client’s approval.

i. Assist on ISO 9001:2008 consultation works.ii. Assist on preparing ISO 9001:2008 documents such as quality manual, quality procedure, work instruction and forms & record.iii. Assist on training activities on ISO 9001:2008.iv. Assist in managing chemical trading by proper communication with suppliers and customers.v. Work with forwarding agent for import clearances.vi. Prepare required documents such as Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Invoices, and Certificate of Analysis (COA).vii. Prepare product sample (THPS 75% and Glutaraldehyde 50%) for technical evaluation.

i. Involved in valve installation work at W.R GRACE Gebeng, Kuantan.ii. Involved in pipe cleaning work at W.R GRACE Gebeng, Kuantan.iii. Involved in making sump and pump installation work at W.R GRACE Gebeng, Kuantan.iv. Involved in pipeline installation work for compressed air flow at W.R GRACE Gebeng, Kuantan.v. Involved in blower installation work at W.R GRACE Gebeng, Kuantan.vi. Involved in constructions and piping installation work as a helper for mini lube blending plant at Highbase Strategic Sdn Bhd warehouse, Teluk Kalong Kemaman.vii. Prepare standard operating procedure (SOP) for mini lube blending plant at Highbase Strategic Sdn Bhd warehouse, Teluk Kalong Kemaman.viii. Involved as a helper in mechanical works such as fabricate tank, filter skid, diesel pump, spool and etc.
