WDC Service-Now (Incident Ticketing System)• Supporting on Manufacturing system application• First level of support for all MES related issues (CAMSTAR ,EAP, SIP, SSD)• Perform setup of new equipment by assigned the equipment in CAMSTAR, YTAP Server, nPort Connection Mechanism and E3 Applied Material• Responsible for evaluating the issues reported by production and providing ongoing solutions• Participate and determine root cause for service failure and support escalation• Escalate and work closely with Level 2 MES team to resolve the issues within timeline to avoid production downtime• Record, track and document the problem solving process all the way through to the final resolution• Develop FAQ and Knowledge Base articles to aid in problem resolution• Supporting Level 2 tasks• Analyzing on signal transaction at database level (Backend System)• Handle standard service request and perform user administration for site manufacturing IT applications as assigned• Analyze error/fault messages and questions. This problem is solved by changing the setting in the main router.• Troubleshoot website company, which is edit to a new style interface by using PHP and HTML/CSS programming language. The changed make is adding a new column at the center of the page and change the menu from the left side to the top.Support in Sales Department• Help packing products such as electronic components and sensors for the customer that buy through online shopping platform which is Shopee and Lazada.• Help Supply electronic and electrical components to other Institutions such as Politeknik and Industrial Training Institue.
