At the age of 30, I faced an unexpected hurdle when I was diagnosed with a rare brain condition that led to a stroke and short-term memory loss. During those trying times, my background in psychology and personal training proved to be my pillars of support. Drawing on my expertise, I navigated through months of hospitalisation, rehabilitation, and the process of redefining my life. That pivotal moment reshaped my perspective and instilled in me an unshakable belief that no challenge is insurmountable.Today, armed with the knowledge that I can conquer any obstacle, I bring this profound understanding to my work with leaders, managers, and individuals alike. My mission is to create thriving workplaces and foster positive cultures by empowering others to overcome their own hurdles and achieve their full potential.
