Throughout my time in the Sales Development Program I have gained industry knowledge about the world of construction along with insight into the rental industry. The program is designed for sales associates to take accounts with low to no rental spend and grow them to drive revenue for the company.

Being a member of Alpha Kappa Psi has given me the opportunity to develop and demonstrate professional business skills while networking with other students in the Harbert College of Business. I also served on the marketing committee, which created and executed ideas to advertise and increase awareness of the fraternity.

During my time on Auburn University’s Equestrian Team, three of the six Overall National Championships have been awarded during my time at Auburn, in 2016, 2018 and 2019. I am also a part of the 2016 and 2019 SEC Championship team. I have received numerous athletic awards including the National Collegiate Equestrian Association All-America Reining team in 2019, being nominated to the All-SEC Reining team in 2019, and the All-SEC Freshman Reining Team in 2016. I also have the following academic achievements: NCEA All-Academic Second Team 2017 and 2019, NCEA Academic Honor Roll 2017, 2018, and 2019, SEC Academic Honor Roll 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, Academic Top Tiger 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019z I was also inducted to Chi Alpha Sigma, the National Honor Society for Student-Athletes in Spring 2018.

I was a summer Marketing & Leasing Intern at the Crossroads at Cedarwood. I was responsible for calling on inquiries, scheduling showings, and showing model apartments to prospective residents. My efforts were instrumental in the complex reaching 97% occupancy by the end of the summer. Additionally, I assisted in the entire leasing process from beginning to end. I created and updated online ads and implemented marketing outreach projects. I also initiated resident engagement activities and increased active social media efforts.

As a student intern, I helped set up sponsor boards and marketing displays at nationally recognized shows, including the National Reining Horse Association Derby. I prepared mares and stallions for sales and marketing videos. Additionally, I assisted in handling and preparing equine prospects for potential buyers.
