WEBVAGANZA 2023 is the biggest beauty and lifestyle festival held by students in Indonesia, namely by WEBS FEB UNAIR which was held at the Galaxy Exhibition Center Surabaya, successfully attracting 20.000+ visitors and thus obtaining a nomination for the most innovative and creative program event at the FEB UNAIR Awards 2023.- Inviting speakers from influencer circles to a talk show with the theme "Beauty Unveiled: Embrace Your Shine, Love Yourself Fine."- Coordinated communication of 10+ guest stars, including 2 speakers in the pre-event and 2 main speakers in the main event, ensuring smooth implementation of the event and a satisfaction rate of 95%.- Assisting in preparing the needs of each speaker from each sub-event and other stakeholders by coordinating with 8 divisions.- Ensure and prepare the needs of each speaker and organize stage time for 50+ beauty and lifestyle tenants during the event.

Workshop Entrepreneur Business Society (WEBS) is a student organization at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, focusing on entrepreneurship. With the vision "Tumbuh Bersama Entrepreneur Muda Yang Mandiri", WEBS UNAIR offers various business divisions to hone the entrepreneurial skills of FEB UNAIR students.- Supervise HR activities for more than 90+ WEBS UNAIR members from mainboard, advisors, to associates.- Mentored and facilitated the needs of 10+ people consisting of advisors and partners from internal HRD through job descriptions and work development programs for one period.- Conduct performance evaluations for 8 divisions and provide feedback to increase member involvement and collaboration.- Design and implement 5+ training programs, to improve the soft skills and hard skills of all members tailored to their respective divisions.- Coordinate with 8 divisions to align HR strategy with organizational goals and manage the annual report process to ensure all members are 100% accurate and submit on time.

Youth Entrepreneur Camp (YEC) is a series of orientation activities for 2 weeks for new WEBS UNAIR members (associates) in the form of an introduction to the 3R culture: Respect to Time, Respect to People, Respect to System. Apart from that, there is also provision of material and basic business introduction practices starting from formulating a Business Model Canvas (BMC), business operational activities, to making sales reports.- Responsible for designing the concept, organizing, and overseeing all event details attended by 45+ new members.- Leading and collaborating with 40+ committees divided into 7 divisions to develop comprehensive programs and help develop new members' organizational skills.- Manage a budget of IDR 15 million, ensuring efficient allocation and financial accountability.- Facilitate networking opportunities with several alumni who have been successful in their respective business fields.- Implemented a feedback mechanism to gather attendee insights, resulting in a 20% improvement in subsequent events.

WEBSVAGANZA 2022 is the culmination of the WEBS 2022 work program in the form of the biggest festival which has 3 sub-events, namely Entrefest, WEFD, School of Business External which was successfully attended by 64+ creative market category tenants, attracted more than 300+ seminar participants, and sold 2000+ tickets music festival and received a nomination for the most innovative and creative event program at the FEB UNAIR Awards 2022.- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies in both sponsorship and fundraising, and mitigate financial risks, as well as manage revenue for 3 sub-events at WEBSVAGANZA 2022.- Successfully achieved sponsorship of up to IDR 40 million with 10 companies and 1 radio media partner such as EBS, BCA, BRI, BNI, Warna-Warni Media and carried out fundraising activities reaching IDR 7 million.- Identify and ensure all budget plans from 8 divisions periodically.

- Bringing in 2 resource persons from the activity partnership with big business backgrounds, namely CFO Jokopi and Finance Director PT. Pakuwon Jati- Communication and coordination with 20+ FnB tenants to ensure smooth running of the event.- As a hotline or contact person for Ideapreneur 2023 serving 250+ participants.- Collaborate with 5+ divisions to ensure continuity of flow during preparation to the peak of the event.
