I am a New York-based registered architect with almost twenty years of hands-on experience on both the design and pre-construction/construction management sides of space development in the residential, retail, coworking, hospitality, and medical sectors.I can best describe my strengths as taking on the role of ringleader- managing internal communications between multiple teams with often competing needs, while maintaining external messaging and management of external vendors. Flexibility, ability to act and react with speed and nimbleness, all while ensuring that the needs of both the client and the organization are met. Recent accomplishments have included the Design Development, Construction Documents, and construction of the multi-phased, three-year overhaul of the Saks Fifth Avenue Flagship store in New York City and the expansion of premium coworking provider Industrious’ national footprint from nine to ninety locations over the course of four years, while also developing major internal processes and reporting structures for the Design and Construction team.
