■ Managing the manufacturing process of all the detail parts of Airbus commercial and military aircrafts; A350 & A400M’s Aileron, Spoiler and Tailcone components. (CFRP composite, NC and sheet metal parts.)■ Organizing cross-functional teams including design engineering, tool design & manufacturing engineering, industrialisation engineering, quality assurance and project management units.■ Deciding special requirements like methods of manufacturing, tool and NC program inquiries.■ Sheet metal forming and manufacturing, NC part manufacturing for both tool and aircraft parts.■ Creating manufacturing data by using Catia V5, Fibersim, Bricscad and Siemens NX.■ Preparing manufacturing instructions with relevant specifications & engineering data such as B/P, technical drawings, model based design features and visual aids.■ Conducting periodical P-FMEA.

■ Managing tool manufacturing process for in-house and outsource operations to ensure high quality aircraft part production.■ Reviewing tools concepts and designs prior to design release and becoming a part of the tool design approval committee from the point of manufacturability.■ Making decisions regarding outsourcing tool design and manufacturing processes.■ Undertaking supply chain management over tool manufacturing. ■ For outsourced tools, setting manufacturing costs’ budget, releasing tenders for bids, reviewing bids of certified suppliers. ■ Controlling and supporting the manufacturing process of subcontractor firms with technical and engineering details. ■ Creating manufacturing plans for in-house tool production processes.■ Ensuring that tool design requirements are met with tool manufacturing.

■ Assisting to an aerospace engineering research for wind tunel construction desing and setup for vision based guidance drone experiment.

■ Lent assistance to project management in the 4G telecommunication roll-out project that covers end to end installation process.
