I was part of the Virtue management team with the Heads of Account, Strategy + Creative, managed all project and internal budgets within the €12M annual budget and ‘connected the dots’ with other internal teams at VICE (including building a global network for Virtue Worldwide). In the latter part of my time in this role, I was made responsible for all Branded Production including video, photography, events and social media. -
Project LeadVirtue Worldwide - Vice'S Creative Services Agency May 2015 - Jul 2016Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsThe task was to develop and create content for the style blog within the C&A ECOM website, producing a maximum of five stories per week adapted to live across multiple social platforms and then transcreated into 12 regional languages - all within an annual €1.7M budget. As Project Lead, I was responsible for the team management of eight people, overseeing every aspect of the project including production (editorial, video and photography), process alignment, account management, budget building/management, merchandise management, and HR/ team-building for the department. When required, I also supported by art directing, uploading, and occasionally copywriting/proof-reading. -
Senior Creative ManagerTommy Hilfiger Mar 2014 - Apr 2015Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsAs a senior manager, I was responsible for high value projects by supporting initiatives and managing creative, overseeing the end-to-end creative process + leading junior team members. This included managing requests from internal clients, managing timelines and budgets, change requests and liaising with other departments such as PR and Digital Marketing. Projects for the department ranged from video production to commercial campaign photography shoots, website/ECOM redesign and cross-platform organisation of NY Fashion Week 2015. The most significant of these projects was the Tommy Hilfiger Digital Showroom - the first B2B showroom devoid of samples and connected to the TH internal business process. I oversaw development of the creative, installation and interior build-out as well as the UX for the OS. This required working closely with stakeholders including the CEO and Senior VP’s, careful coordination of vendors + meticulous planning. -
