Responsibilities included design and implementation of lead management platform and OEV and enrollment call center, AEP readiness, budget design and management, performance reporting, and involvement in training and IT sales projects.

Large focus on healthcare payer projects including managing a large scale implementation of enterprise wide lead management system and two enrollment call centers. • Experience leading cross functional team to develop integrated project and milestone plan, developing and managing enterprise risks, tracking and reporting, process and tools, developing and distributing executive level dashboard and status reporting, facilitation of trainings and project debrief sessions, and providing observations and strategic recommendations and tactical action items to help company achieve success.• Supervise multiple projects and teams concurrently. Responsible for developing project timeline and scheduling, monitoring project status and reporting to executive management. Responsible for workpaper quality review, issues tracking, budget-to-actual monitoring and analysis, administering project evaluations to consultants and various administrative duties and reporting.
