• Posting Purchase Invoices in ERP• Comparing monthly Raw Material Demand with the goods purchased to determine any discrepancies• Preparing monthly Utilities’ expense detail and determining the corresponding tax input• Posting Journal Vouchers for utility expenses, EOBI and PESSI• Posting production vouchers in ERP• Posting Sale invoices in ERP• Filing of invoices, cheques and utility bills• Posting bank payment vouchers for Shop Rent Payments• Reconciliation of Manual and ERP Financial Statements • Assisting manager in the Finalization of Monthly Financial Statements

• Quarterly stock taking • Checking and processing sales demands • Communicating with the warehouse staff regarding the timely delivery of sale orders • Analyzing stock inflow and outflow • Checking purchase orders to ensure an optimum reorder quantity • Keeping a check on due date of Accounts Receivables • Liaising with sales personnel regarding account receivables • Reporting to the Project Director regarding stock and receivables

• Inspecting chillers at each outlet• Filling the chiller verification form by entering model number, size and condition of the chiller• Reporting to the internal audit manager on a daily basis
