-Entering all incoming invoices and posting all outgoing payments in SAP, and processing bank transfers, cheques or cash payments after verification all documents and invoices from vendor and service providers.-Preparing all accounting reports and certificates for month closure and providing all necessary documentation to RMO and head of department.-Setting up all new beneficiaries for online banking system and submitting all remittances to the bank after collecting all required approvals and filing all proper documentations.-Assisting with the maintenance of updated banking system and signatory panel.-Maintaining all vendors’ accounts and account clearing on monthly basis.-Posting required reversals in FI when needed.-Closely monitoring projects budget in PS module and creating projects reporting based on the donor requirements and business standards.-Monitoring fund liquidity and availability for IOM Iraq offices; both in Amman and Iraq.-Controlling petty cash for the office and maintain cash journal in SAP.-Month-End Closure activities including clearing GL accounts, Cost Center clearing, Fund Requests from the regional accounting support office in Manila, payroll processing for both staff and consultants, and Monthly Reconciliation for bank account GLs.

Facilitated the implementation, and supported SAP Finance & Controlling to enhance the client’s business processes and workflow, and followed up on the defects and incidents created by the end-client on Mercury quality center and Remedy force tools. Additionally, implemented and tested the FICO modules including (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders). Also found proper solutions and implemented them for technical and functional business workflow.

Worked on different test cases in Financial & Controlling module in SAP including manual and Functional Unit Testing (FUT). I worked with the integration testing team to test Order-To-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles. For project quality management I worked on HPQC, Mercury QC and Remedy Force. I also performed testing exclusively on accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) as well as General Ledger (GL). Moreover, I prepared training materials for new end-users using Ancile uPerfprm.

Worked as water treatment specialist on many systems, like opened and closed chilled water systems, cooling towers, boilers, RO plants, and swimming pools. Job frequently required sampling and analysing water parameters to provide inputs during the initial survey during commissioning stage and ongoing customer service in compliance with the application quality plan. Moreover, discussing and advising clients regarding results obtained from sampling.
