• Assess overall image quality on planar and SPECT images for clinical trail.• Apply and draw region of interest (ROI) around left ventricle and mediastinum using Xeleris workstations on phase 4 open label test retest study to assess reproducibility of quantitative measurements of myocardial uptake of imaging agent.• Record the counts/voxels on the case report form (CRF).• Save a screen capture of the image with the region of interest.• Accurately complete and sign case report form (CRF) for each planar and SPECT image.
