I am a graduate of Politecnico di Milano, holding a Master of Science in Management of Built Environment with distinction (Score: 110L). My academic journey not only honed my expertise in managing complex engineering projects but also allowed me to delve into cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI tools. Through my thesis journey with Tecnimont as part of the Engineering Processes Digitalization department, I gained hands-on experience in applying and analyzing these tools within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry, leveraging them to optimize workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation across various project phases.Before earning my master's degree, I worked as a Junior Project Manager in the construction field. In this role, I was responsible for preparing technical and financial tender documents for diverse construction projects, including public universities, hospitals, and residential buildings. I also developed cost estimation models for projects in Egypt and the Republic of Maldives, such as hospitals, medical laboratories, and warehouses, and created detailed project schedules for commercial and medical facilities.One of the most impactful projects I contributed to was the planning, cost estimation, and execution of the rehabilitation process for a Covid-19 vaccine factory in Egypt. This facility, supervised by the World Health Organization (WHO), boasts the largest filling capacity in Africa.Since 2021, I have been serving as a member of the Board of Advisors for the “Associative Power Engineering Community” (APEC) at Ain Shams University. Earlier in my journey, I held leadership roles within APEC, including Project Manager in 2019 and Project Management Director in 2020. My efforts culminated in receiving the prestigious “Best APECan” award for successfully organizing a mega event during the pandemic with a 100% execution rate, achieved in collaboration with senior board members.During my undergraduate studies in Building Engineering, I participated in multiple internship programs with leading construction companies. These opportunities provided invaluable insights into the construction processes of multidisciplinary projects and laid the foundation for my career in project management and innovation-driven engineering solutions.
