Commercial Engineer working in the Procurement of all major packages of the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Project in Jeddah, KSA, with Besix (Sixco) Belgium JV.- Preparing packages for pricing, including specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and other relevant information.- Preparing budget comparisons between all subcontractors/suppliers quotations received.- Making technical and commercial comparisons for all packages.- Preparing letter of intents/acceptances and Subcontracts.

Procurement and Material Engineer at the Beirut City Centre Mall - Hazmieh, Lebanon.-Procurement of all major packages, and items in the project.-Coordination between trades-Preparation and issuance of packages for pricing, including specifications, drawings, BOQ's and all relevant technical information.-Commercial comparisons of all offers received- Preparation of Letter of Intents, Acceptances, and Subcontract documents.- Coordination between commercial department, architectural department, and other trades - Preparation and issuance of material submittals for packages after award. Including tiling, gypsum board ceilings, plaster, masonry, wood works, doors, parking systems, painting, hard & soft landscaping, etc.- Preparations of submittal of variation orders, both technically and commercially.- Preparation and submittal Final Accounts for the Project packages.
