As a senior client success manager, I work with the company's largest enterprise accounts.- These accounts result in over 40% of the company's revenue year over year. - I expanded the value of these largest accounts by over 60% in the past year. I work with clients in every stage of the client life cycle. This involves: - Upfront strategic planning to ensure clients get the most value from the platform.- Project set-up and execution of client content tests. - Delivery of results, insights reports, and consultative input on ad content and distribution strategy.- Support for future testing, including QBRs, renewals and upsells.I also partner closely with teams across the company, namely sales, product, and data science. - Actively involved in late-stage sales calls for 58% of our brand clients, providing technical knowledge and product implementation details that help get the deal over the line.- Help inform the product roadmap with deep knowledge of customer needs, category trends, and the competitive landscape.- Project manage additional data explorations and analysis to deliver to clients alongside our data science team.
