My main responsibilities as a Founder оf the Holding are to: Effectively run control and supervise the Holding business and implemented decisions Set up polices and procedures and ensure compliance with them within a HoldingControl and direct researching, proposing and developing the Holding's strategy and overall commercial objectivesManagement of the Holding's business, consistent with the strategy and commercial objectives agreed by founders; set and lead the vision and purpose of the organization.Promote and conduct the affairs of the Holding with the highest standards of integrity, probity and corporate governanceMaintain and protect the reputation оf the GroupManage and ensure that the executive team complies approved procedures and regulations; ensure the Holding is appropriately organised and staffed; hire and terminate staff as necessary to enable the Group to achieve the strategy and goalsMaintain a constant supervision on the important and strategic issues оf HoldingEnsure that expenditures are within the authorized annual budget of the Holding and to manage organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulationsTo assess the principal risks of the Holding and to ensure that these risks are being monitored and managed
