Kids Rooms 101 is a children’s interior decorating e-course, created by the world’s largest children’s interior design studio, Petite Vintage Interiors, in collaboration with Online design specialist Ali Hume. The first of it’s kind in the world, our children’s interior decorating e-course aims to equip parents with the knowledge and tools to confidently decorate spaces for their little people. - Manage and monitor email and social media accounts- Design, set up, edit, update and maintain eNewsletters, Facebook business pages- Wordpress site development- Photo editing and publishing- Search engine optimisation- Client management- Provide help desk support - Provide training on social media platforms and web content management tools - Google Analytics setup and management

- Assist with the redevelopment and ongoing management of the LIV’s website/s toensure optimum site performance and service delivery- Liaise with content owners and/or authors and to proof and edit their content prior to publication on any of the LIV’s electronic communications, to ensure that content is current, relevant, accurate and of the highest standard- Manage the on-going development and delivery of the LIV eNewsletters, which currently include Friday Facts, whatsOn, eLegal and lawBytes, and whatsOn invitations, which promote LIV events and CPD activities- Compile of e-Marketing reports, including monthly web, eNews and other eCommunication statistics- Create and update the LIV homepage and eNews web tiles to ensure their currency. This involves working proactively with the e-Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications team on a schedule for the web and eNews tiles- Create and publish the online version of the Law Institute Journal (LIJ) on a monthly basis - Deliver help desk support for users of the web site, including staff, members and the public- Assist in the marketing and promotion of LIV web site to raise the profile of the products and services available to members, potential members and the public- Liaise with the IT Department to ensure that all enhancements, amendments, projects are completed for requests outside the departments scope- Contribute to the development and implementation of the e-Marketing strategy, operational plan, policies, procedures and reports- As required, update content for external web sites that are supported by the LIV- Conduct LIV staff inductions re e-Marketing and the LIV’s electronic communications channels, policies and processes- Assist the e-Marketing Manager with the delivery of LIV e-Marketing projects and day to day tasks, and with the provision of departmental administrative support- Update and monitor President’s blog and Twitter account

- Preparation of art files for print including page builds and layouts- Manage and control scanning, image clipping and colour correction- Ensure all documents are proof read and correct at time of publishing- Oversee reception duties and operation of a 16 line switchboard, answering anddirecting telephone enquiries as required- Compile, open, sort and distribute daily mail- Maintain office stationary as necessary and book couriers and client appointments- Provide a high level of customer service and adhere to policies and procedures- Any other general administration and reception duties as required
