Implement and streamline a rolling audit and data entry schedule of 150+ items using Microsoft Suite for organization and time management. Produce and submit fiscal year donor data for DASL survey via CASE and NAIS annually. Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports for all departments in OIG focusing on capital campaign gift structures, donor activity, prospect ratings, and capital giving portfolio performance and management. Execute departmental and programmatic need-based audits in partnership with the Head of OIG. Collaborate regularly with the annual fund team on all-constituent and specialized solicitations. Conceptualize and implement Hill's first Prospect Management program and maintain leadership alongside the Director of Capital Giving in said program that raises $15M+ annually. Calculate annual performance goals for six full-time capital giving officers. Maintain monthly performance-based metrics for the team and prepare and attend monthly fundraising strategy meetings with each CGO one-on-one using Plus Delta Partners fundraising principles.
