- This role was part of the University of Saskatchewan’s Engineering Professional Internship Program (12-month internship)- A casual or part-time position was offered after the internshipAssisted the Mineral Processing lab and pilot plant testing team in setting up procedures and equipment for processing various minerals such as potash, rare earths, uranium, and lithium for process development. Collaborated with metallurgists, scientists, and process engineers in investigating and developing different processing techniques and methodologies. Performed various testing methods and extensive analysis on collected data for continuous improvement of process testing and demonstration.
