• Experience developing as-built documentation for a natural gas storage facility (equipment includes Joule Thompson unit, gas compressors, glycol dehydration, stabilizer & separator). Conducted regular site visits to talk with operators, verify piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and red-lining drawings as required.• Managed multiple action items from a facility wide HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis). Engineering tasks include determining setpoints for alarms and shutdowns based on process conditions, revisions to Site Specific Operating Procedures (SSOP), engineering design and procurement of additional safety equipment such as pressure safety valves (PSV) and transmitters, chairing multi-disciplinary meetings and assigning action items to ensure the items identified in the HAZOP have been resolved. • Experience with MOC’s (management of change). Liaised with EPCs and vendors.• Lead engineer on various Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects such as re-designing the water truck out line for greater control of flow, designing a new glycol filter vessel system. This included creating a specification package for the procurement of a new glycol filter vessel, facilitating the bids and selecting a suitable vendor, and the wrap around engineering required to replace the existing glycol filter vessel with the new vessel. • Extensive hands-on AutoCAD experience drafting to update P&IDs, shutdown keys, isometrics. Familiarity with P&ID symbols (instrumentation, valves, piping equipment)• Gained familiarity with ABSA regulations, specs based on pipe size, fluid service, American National Standards Institute (ANSI) class, connection types (welded, threaded, flanged), different valve types and components, piping fittings such as elbows, unions, tees.
